Pisco Sour was the inspiration for our TAKE FIVE Mango Calming Cloud cocktail. Zesty and tropical fruit flavors of Pisco, lime, pineapple and mango are then wrapped within a decadently rich cloud of creaminess and finished with a hint of aromatic bitters.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 x can of TAKE FIVE Mango
  • 40ml Pisco
  • 20ml Fresh squeezed Lime Juice
  • 40ml Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Egg white
  • 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Method:
  1. Shake the Pisco, lime and pineapple juice and egg white without ice in a shaker.
  2. Then shake again with cubed ice.
  3. Pour 80ml of TAKE FIVE into a tall cold glass.
  4. Very slowly pour the shaken ingredients in and watch your cocktail foam up!
  5. Garnish by dropping 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters into the top of the foam and serve.
